Fill out the Ultimate Healing Package Release Form email it to [email protected] BEFORE your session. *Note- each person attending the session must fill out the release form! (If you have purchased another type of session, please use this release form.)
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Requests to reschedule must be made 48 hours in advance of scheduled time and may be accommodated dependent upon availability in Susie’s schedule. Cancelled sessions are not refunded. No shows are not refunded.
